Rules

Entry rules for creators

• One creator, one song, per competition.
• You must be the creator or authorised rights holder of your submission.
• All entries are moderated before appearing publicly. Pure AI Radio may reject entries that do not meet requirements.

Voting requirements

Voting is free, open to everyone, and needs no account or password. We simply ask you to confirm your email address so every vote counts once and every creator is judged fairly.

One vote per listener

Each listener may cast one confirmed vote per competition. Once your vote is verified it is final, and it cannot be changed, moved to another song, or given to someone else.

How voting works

1. While voting is open, listen to the approved entries and press Vote on your favourite.
2. Enter your email address when prompted.
3. We email you a six digit code from vote@notify.pureairadio.com. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
4. Type the code into the box on screen to confirm your vote. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and you can request a new one.
5. You will see a confirmation once your vote has been recorded.

Your email and your privacy

Your email address is used only to verify your vote. It is never published, never shown beside the results, never sold, and never added to any mailing list.

Keeping the results fair

• Voting only works while the published voting window is open, and it closes on time to the minute.
• Repeat voting, automated scripts and other unusual activity are detected and reviewed, and affected votes may be set aside.
• Family and friends sharing one internet connection are very welcome to vote, each using their own email address.
• Vote totals are not shown while voting is live, so no entry gains an unfair advantage.
• Pure AI Radio may invalidate any vote that breaches these rules. Final results and award decisions are at our discretion.
